Course Aims
The course provides Project Managers with a business approach to managing projects rather than just a technical approach.

Designed For
This course is designed for new and experienced Project Managers who need to formalize the work that they undertake, adopting a methodology and procedures that delivers project outcomes.

Course Structure and Assessment
Completion of a Diploma of Project Management involves five days of face-to-face training and an assessment of competency. To gain a qualification, you will need to be assessed as competent in the following nine units:
1. Manage application of project integrative processes
2. Manage project scope
3. Manage project time
4. Manage project costs
5. Manage project quality
6. Manage project human resources
7. Manage project communications
8. Manage project scope risk
9. Manage project procurement

Delivery Location
Our training centre is located on 350 Collins Street. However training can occur at other designed locations depending on the flexibility required by participants.
